Join The Retreat’s Teen Leadership Council (TLC) and make a real impact! TLC is a youth-led program that builds skills for healthy relationships, stronger boundaries, and positive leadership. Students learn to spot red and green flags in friendships and dating–both online and off– and explore how digital communication, AI and other technologies influence connection. Through interactive activities, students practice healthy communication, learn safe strategies to protect themselves and their peers from harm and build supportive relationships that strengthen emotional well-being and mental health.
