If you feel like a friend or family member is a victim of domestic abuse, the first step to helping them is to inform yourself so you better navigate the situation. Call to get information or share our number.

Reassure them

Most victims will believe that the situation is their fault. Remind them that they haven’t done anything wrong.

Remind them they're not alone

Always remind them you’re there for them, and willing to listen as soon as they’re ready to share.

Share Hope

Give them encouragement by sharing stories of survival. Inspire them to make the change.

Equip Yourself with Information

Learn the relevant centers that might help your loved one make a new start. We can help you with legal services and provide shelter and counseling.
