Enough is Enough NYS law 129B was enacted in 2016 and has several parts. This includes a new state police unit, a universal definition of affirmative consent at all colleges in New York, a uniform sexual assault policy, and funding to rape crisis centers across NY to provide services, education, and awareness programs.

The Retreat’s Enough is Enough Project Coordinator partners with colleges and universities across Long Island, providing training for the prevention of sexual violence, domestic violence, stalking, and dating violence. We also provide education and training on healthy relationships and other related topics. The coordinator presents to campus staff, faculty, and students, and acts as a campus expert on the state and federal laws including Enough is Enough, Title IX, the Clery Act, and the Campus Save Act.

Farmingdale State College is our current primary partner. We work with campus groups such as the Greek Council, Health Center, and Resident Life to host activities and events that raise awareness about sexual and domestic violence and Coordinator as a point of contact for students to receive information and referrals to services.
