Esto puede llevar a una relaci\u00f3n t\u00f3xica en la que una persona depende de la otra para la catarsis emocional, pero la otra persona se ve afectada negativamente y no puede apartarse f\u00e1cilmente de la conversaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo comparte la gente informaci\u00f3n, pensamientos y opiniones sobre la salud mental en las redes sociales?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las redes sociales son un lugar donde la informaci\u00f3n puede ser compartida y recibida por cualquiera que tenga acceso a la aplicaci\u00f3n. Las \"historias\" de Instagram son espacios donde los usuarios pueden compartir sus pensamientos con sus seguidores de una manera menos permanente o formal. Cada \"historia\" s\u00f3lo dura 24 horas, pero en ese tiempo los seguidores pueden verlas y comentarlas, aunque estos comentarios s\u00f3lo son visibles para el creador. Estas estrategias se centran en una comunicaci\u00f3n clara. Puede ser tan sencillo como decirle a la otra persona: \"Oye, no tengo espacio mental para escuchar esto ahora mismo. Puedo enviarte un mensaje m\u00e1s tarde, cuando me sienta con ganas, pero si quieres desahogarte ahora, tal vez sea mejor hablar con otra persona\". Si el asunto parece grave, puedes acudir a recursos como The Retreat, consejeros escolares u otros profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los l\u00edmites tambi\u00e9n pueden establecerse en las redes sociales.
