Hab\u00eda muchas cosas positivas, pero con el paso de los meses se volvi\u00f3 t\u00f3xica. A todos los lugares a los que iba, \u00e9l empez\u00f3 a acompa\u00f1arme. Cuando quer\u00eda salir con mis amigos sin \u00e9l, ment\u00eda a prop\u00f3sito sobre d\u00f3nde estaba, pero \u00e9l me localizaba y aparec\u00eda. Hab\u00eda otras se\u00f1ales de alarma que pas\u00e9 por alto porque dec\u00eda que me quer\u00eda y hac\u00eda cosas \"rom\u00e1nticas\" como comprarme flores despu\u00e9s de una pelea. Ahora comprendo que los gestos amables hacia tu pareja no deben usarse s\u00f3lo como una forma de compensar el mal comportamiento. Para mantener esta manipulaci\u00f3n me dec\u00eda que s\u00ed a todo lo que le ped\u00eda, as\u00ed que segu\u00ed haciendo la vista gorda y empec\u00e9 a aprovecharme de ello. Finalmente, las cosas terminaron cuando me agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente cuando intent\u00e9 mirar sus mensajes a otra chica en su tel\u00e9fono. Su inexperiencia en este tipo de asuntos les pone en situaciones dif\u00edciles y a veces peligrosas. Aprender a establecer l\u00edmites claros y a respetar los establecidos por los dem\u00e1s son pasos vitales para crear relaciones sanas. Establecer l\u00edmites puede ser una tarea dif\u00edcil, ya que cada persona tiene diferentes valores, intereses e ideas sobre lo que le resulta c\u00f3modo. Tanto si est\u00e1s trabajando en ello en tus propias relaciones como si quieres ense\u00f1ar estas habilidades a otros en tu vida, los siguientes consejos pueden ser \u00fatiles para determinar lo que te hace sentir c\u00f3modo a ti y a los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas cosas a las que hay que prestar atenci\u00f3n para determinar lo que no es saludable en una relaci\u00f3n son el desequilibrio de poder, el comportamiento controlador y el lenguaje despectivo o abusivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comience por preguntarse c\u00f3mo <em>se siente<\/em> cuando se respetan tus l\u00edmites. Pueden ser l\u00edmites f\u00edsicos, emocionales o digitales.  A continuaci\u00f3n, piensa en c\u00f3mo te sentir\u00edas y actuar\u00edas si no se respetaran tus l\u00edmites.  Puede que te enfades, que sientas la necesidad de escapar, o que te paralices o te pongas a la defensiva. Es m\u00e1s fluido, lo que puede parecer apropiado en un momento o situaci\u00f3n concretos puede no serlo en el futuro. Cambiar de opini\u00f3n es normal y no debe haber presi\u00f3n de ninguna de las partes para continuar. Otra forma de pensar en esto es utilizar la frase \"El consentimiento es un proceso\". No hagas suposiciones, comprueba continuamente a los dem\u00e1s y busca el lenguaje corporal que pueda indicar si se sienten inc\u00f3modos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque los problemas de l\u00edmites pueden afectar a las relaciones a todas las edades, durante el Mes de la Concienciaci\u00f3n sobre la Violencia en el Noviazgo de los Adolescentes (febrero) es importante que los adultos que forman parte de la vida de los adolescentes proporcionen informaci\u00f3n y ejemplos de comportamiento positivo.
