Tras una investigaci\u00f3n adicional sobre cuestiones de vivienda, podemos informar a nuestros clientes de lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Se suspenden todos los procedimientos de desahucio hasta el 19 de junio; esto incluye la ejecuci\u00f3n de cualquier orden de desahucio emitida antes del 20 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Los inquilinos de todo tipo de residencias est\u00e1n protegidos por esta suspensi\u00f3n, incluidos los que alquilan apartamentos o habitaciones en hoteles y los que alquilan habitaciones individuales en pensiones o casas particulares. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Los inquilinos pueden llamar al 9-1-1 para denunciar un desalojo ilegal.  Esto incluye los casos en los que el propietario intente sacarlos por la fuerza de las instalaciones o cuando se le niegue al inquilino el acceso a las instalaciones o a sus pertenencias.  Los inquilinos pueden ponerse en contacto con el sheriff del condado de Suffolk en el tel\u00e9fono (631) 852-5621 para denunciar cualquier acoso que les haya infligido el propietario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Los inquilinos deben ser conscientes de que su obligaci\u00f3n de pagar el alquiler es continua y, aunque su propietario no puede solicitar al tribunal que los desaloje por este motivo hasta el 19 de junio, los inquilinos siguen siendo responsables ante sus propietarios de cualquier alquiler desde el 20 de marzo hasta el 19 de junio.
