Esto significa que s\u00f3lo los casos considerados \"esenciales\" seguir\u00e1n adelante, muchos de ellos a distancia.  Por lo tanto, muchas partes de los procedimientos del Tribunal de Familia tendr\u00e1n sus casos reprogramados para una fecha posterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cualquier Orden de Protecci\u00f3n emitida fuera del Tribunal de Familia sigue siendo efectiva y continuar\u00e1 siendo efectiva durante al menos 90 d\u00edas.  La mayor\u00eda de las fechas del tribunal relacionadas con casos en los que ya se ha emitido una Orden de Protecci\u00f3n est\u00e1n siendo reprogramadas por el sistema judicial para fechas en mayo o m\u00e1s tarde.   Los secretarios del tribunal enviar\u00e1n la notificaci\u00f3n a estas partes directamente, a menos que la parte haya sido representada por un abogado en la \u00faltima fecha del tribunal, en cuyo caso el abogado de la parte recibir\u00e1 la notificaci\u00f3n en nombre de la parte.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Es importante se\u00f1alar que\u00a0<\/strong>Las solicitudes de \u00d3rdenes de Protecci\u00f3n pueden seguir haci\u00e9ndose ante el Tribunal de Familia.  Se anima a las partes que buscan una Orden de Protecci\u00f3n a hacer la solicitud de forma remota mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones y programas de video chat o llamadas de conferencia.
